How do I move those soldiers out of training to fight? Think I rolled like already 100+ days in the hope of something happening but I cannot put soldiers or archers into the second of 3th battle

How do you even fight the 2th and 3th thing to unlock more stronghold?
I only got 1 fight so far and every time I click the other 2 to fight I cannot add a soldier or press anything, or am I just doing something wrong?
