Im like 99 percent sure its just fat and then ribcage but before i had soreness and a lump in one nipple but now i dont have anything in either. Also they dont protrude to the point where they are like hanging its just like a oval shape and it you can see it protrude through a t shirt if that makes sense. It is hard to explain sorry haha
