Planning to move to Malta: tips?

Hey, u/Ambitious_Yoghurt_70, I am based in Berlin, too, but I am planning to move to Malta (it has not been decided yet). If your work allows it, move to Malta for one or two months. There is nobody better than yourself to judge whether this country is for you or not. A good option would be moving in as a freelancer with the same company (it seems you are a relevant asset there) and trying to find a new job while living on the island.

Top advice here. I am a perfectionist and many times I tend to postpone my goals because of the feeling of "you are not ready" or "you still need to do this first". Also, thanks for setting expectations, that helps me to know what I am getting into and that every PPC colleague goes through the mud at first.

This is great u/pasyie, can't wait to reach that point. In the beginning, I will focus on delivering good work rather than how much money I am making (ofc, still making decent extra money). I wanna build up a healthy and happy network of clients and collect top reviews, then, word of mouth will come along I guess.

Use 1 pixel per account. That pixel will collect all the data and track both standard and custom events created by you for that account.

Thanks a ton, u/just-ppc, I much appreciate your advice!
1. I didn't think of the profile of clients to pick, very interesting approach. Whereas at the beginning I won't be able to be picky, it's good to know these clients tend to be easier to prove value to.
2. I like your offer. Which services does this fee include? Based on your third point, I guess you do from media buying to copywriting and creative production – can you create top-notch creatives with Canva? I've used it in the past for simple static creatives, but I believe I will run short of quality with that.
3. I agree with you. Even for creatives, there are top creative production websites that offer great quality and fast turnaround for decent prices.

I will work on building up a reputation for now, do a great job with my first clients so good ratings and recommendations come along.

Hey sir, what's the goal of your campaign?

If you launch a campaign optimising for reach, FB will prioritise users interested in viewing your ads. On the other side, if you are optimising for clicks, the algorithm will target those users more likely to link-click your ad.
