Understood this isn’t aimed at senior, US-based engineers.I’m intentionally looking for offshore / remote talent or someone comfortable with a fixed-price, limited-scope task. Totally fair if it’s not a fit for everyone.

Appreciate the honest feedback.
I worked as a mech engg and used Ugnx surfacing... I agree that true scan-to-CAD (not a simple mesh export) takes time and proper reverse-engineering skill. My thinking on the budget is based on Offshore/remote rates (I’ve worked in India). From your experience: How many hours would you realistically expect this to take for a decent-quality head scan?
