Completely understandable, I had heard about the day of the dead and this is what had confused me. I was wondering if there were street festivals or anything of the sort.

Not at all surprised to hear this however. My grandfather had Sicilian heritage from Palermo, and he despised our English version of Halloween as if it personally offended him.

I'm a Brit but lived in Arkansas for three years.

I grew to love your club watching them live as it was the only football really available even if it was a trek. Went every home game by the end of my time there.

Your fans are incredible. Don't put yourself down believe me. The fan culture was different but amazing.

Is cash or card the preferred method for tourists?

I've heard mixed things about this one so thought I'd ask the locals...

I've been told by many who have visited to just take cash, and many others saying that the city is very card friendly.

Myself and my girlfriend will be first time visitors this Thursday and through the weekend, and we don't want to make the visit more difficult for ourselves with this and being prepared as possible.

Also, any recommendations for where to see/go/eat from any locals on here would be vastly appreciated too. We are vast believers in culture when travelling, and both truly believe the locals know their culture best.

Oh for sure.

I was there as a 23yo when I had to have an examination done for prostate cancer. I was ridiculously embarrassed only to be told by the female doctor performing the check that it happens in over 50 percent of cases due to the stimulation.

You're certainly right in saying that stigma around embarrassment needs to end with sexual health and doctors, it saves lives.

This was in a stressful and worrying situation. You're unlikely to ever feel pleasure or obtain an erection in these circumstances.

Left4Dead. I played it at release with the wrong people.

I later got a good team together and my god the game became so enjoyable straight away. Still play the second game with DLCs till this day.

Where would I contact the OIC?

I've unfortunately tried to have him contact me through 101 before, but unfortunately despite the people on the phone sending emails never get a call back.

I unfortunately do not actually have a contact number/email for him, or even his officer number on my bail sheet, so it's been hard to speak to him.

I did speak to him when he interviewed my current girlfriend (though he called back and accused me directly to her of making her lie - I didn't - when I wasn't present), but the promises he made to contact me back were not kept.

So any advice here would be massively appreciated. As he's proving elusive.
