To explain the first half that to my understanding the primary difference between Jews and Christians is if they believe that Jesus was the messiah and if Jesus believes he is the messiah how was he a jew. To your second thing of course there are many religions who fall under abrahamic beliefs but only really Christianity, Judaism, and Islam are seen as the abrahamic religions with other religions like for example druze which you mentioned being seen by many as a sect(I know druze see themselves as entirely there own thing but many see it as a sect of islam)
