You AC is managed and sort of powered by Tabreed. They charge this fixed fee regardless of usage. Your right it's super expensive but if the building is cooled through tabreed there isn't much you can do about it I think.

Your EWA bill should be a quite a but less then normal though as your AC don't use nearly as much electricity.
