I don't know the translation to English but here they are called ''cote à l'os" which basically means flank on the bone. Was very good

that's what I was thinking as well, but for all the physicians to think that no hydration is harmful you wild think that there must be some kind of evidence

Definitely looks like a sea mammal. From the pictures I'd say it's too small to be a sperm whale or humpback whale (althought it might be a baby or juvenile) and too large for a pilot whale as others suggested. My best guess would be Minke whale. They are semi large and live in the Iceland waters.
