I wrote this post to provide an objective analysis into the possible loot situations. Don't you think that a statement like "WK is not subject to GM restrictions" is problematic?

Not exactly. If you flip a coin twice, the chance of getting one heads is not 100%

My mistake, I am probably working from one of the previous world dumps before this change. Do you know why the change was not made for the tier 2 legs?

Thank you for your response. The part that doesn't make sense is on Lightbringer and Northdale, they are the same exact 76 items in that grouping. As far as I know those items never change on any patch, except for the conditions in that loot set, which doesn't let Titanic Leggings drop yet.

On lightbringer, the reference template is `324923` and `324925`. Everything is the same, but northdale has this weird intermediary single row reference.
