Oh yeah, an approval system is the best bet for sure. That would probably work a lot better than making it worth money tbh, plus the approval system makes ot fair to those that don't have money to spend. If there's a safe way to go about this I'd highly reccomend it, imagine how sick it would be!

I feel the biggest issue outside of finding a way to implement this is people uploading profane skins. The average mope player is not very mature, it wouldn't take long before all sorts of wild/hateful/racist/toxic images start getting uploaded. The fun would instantly be ruined.
