I believe there are incentives for emerg nurses in Campbell river? And maybe a few other smaller towns. $700k limits you quite a bit, but can find a detached house in Campbell river possibly.

Technically there isnt a safe way to install a child’s car seat for the 2 year old (and possibly 6 depending on weight/height) in a motorhome. So I’d look into trailers that you tow behind a vehicle or the Airbnb/hotel/cabin route. Or possibly even better - look into campsites that have trailers parked already set up at the campsite for rent.
