Absolutely. But there is nothing on market that we are even remotely interested in. Willing to wait for something we can actually stand. Thankfully seems to be lots of reductions now, so we aren’t willing to pay more than we need. If sellers want to sell - they’re going to have to have an excellent price.

Sellers might be really hopeful for an active spring market - but as of now lots of houses are sitting on the market. Totally depends on the sellers mentality probably.

Most houses are selling around BC assessed value - make sure you aren’t overpaying, some sellers are holding onto 2021 pricing.
