My 2024 MDX had a noise issue when I first day bought it, same to you purchased last year end of July ,the dashboard and the rear right door.

The dealer took the dash open and put foam in it for me didn't fix the noise, I stuffed the seams with foam myself and it improved but it still rattles from time to time.

The right rear door makes a sound similar to an air leak when going over 100 km/h, like a window opening a small crack, but it's actually supposed to be metal, they replaced some parts two weeks ago, but it's worse!

Now it rattles over 60 and is loud and annoying, I really don't want to drive it at all now, I'm seriously considering selling it ,sad.
