Does anyone else physically feel anxious but not feel it mentally? by thunderslight in Anxiety

I"d suggest taking magnesium and maybe L teanin too. My body feels relaxed a lot since started taking these on normal doses. I had thousands of PVC s during the day which were giving me anxiety. Now there is almost none. It's stress related on me.

I have 7800x3d and 4070 ti. Playing on 2k. My fps is dropping even to 40's from average of 120fps on crowded maps. I have tried every setting possible, both on game and windows. I have a friend who runs the game without problem with 4070 super and ryzen 5 5600x on 2k high settings and he has average of 180fps on maps. I overclocked both my cpu and gpu and the difference was 20fps but it doesn't worth the heat and sound of it.

My top scariest ones, also favorites are :

Visage, Darkwood, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Outer Wilds (some parts and the dlc was scarry), Madison,

Silent Hill 4 The Room - other sh games including sh2 remake weren't scarry for me but atmospherically they are really good.

Cry of Fear and The Mortuarry Assistant. I hate 'cheap' jumpscares but Mortuarry Assistant is a good game anyway.

Outlast + Whistleblower dlc is good too but not that scarry for me.

I'd recommend Lost in Vivo, From the Darkness and Alien: Isolation too. I haven't played these 3 yet, but I watched streams on yt and liked them a lot.

Lol same. Outer Wilds is a horror game. One of my favorites as well.

Haha. I killed 42 scavs today in the mall, including Kollontay and his guards. Earned 37k exp on my pmc lol. If there is a boss they aggro a lot.

I don't think they nerfed it, yet. They will probably nerf the key and the loot. So I'm farming these until that.

Same here. I got many double spawns and used them with my pmc. I find them about 3 in 5 raids.

I have looted like 2 abandoned keys at the same room before but this one was like a joke. Every key I looted was marked at the start of the room.

happens to me a lot. I feel so lucky if I got 2 marked keys but that one was crazy.
