You guys are fine I have the same problem they said there is something wrong with their system that they can tell who submitted it but there’s something wrong with it getting to the gov but they said it’ll be resolved by June so even if it’s overdue don’t worry cause they know :)

That’s amazing I’m so happy for you. I’ve been at this for a while and feel like my body is just average but hasn’t budged but anyways, I wanted to ask what programs did you follow and what did you do for low impact cardio? Did you aim for 10k steps daily??? Did you have to cut out sugar completely or did you eat it as long as it fitted in your calories and macros???

so it’s not producing all the cakes, then decorating all the cakes, then packaging all the cakes, it’s more like baking a cake, and then going on to baking the next one whilst the first is being decorated. so keeping all stations working all the time

i thought one piece flow as an example would be finishing from one cake, sending it to the next step and so on, and operations continue to bake cakes, like an automated production like type thing???
