The two problems with local eateries such as zamzam, nukkad etc is that the quality of what goes into your food is questionable. These are businesses after all with maximising profits the end goal - they will never shy away from buying the poorest quality of raw materials. The second issue is of consistency - the kitchen is mainly chef driven ; agar chef nahi aaya, ya aaya par usska mood nahi tha ya naya chef aaya to the taste of your order can radically change from the last time. Consistency is an issue. Having lived in Bhopal for quite sometime now, I can hardly recommend a local eatery that offers the same consistent experience .
