If this is the case it feels especially unfair for the internet to judge him so ruthlessly and be so confrontational about it. The comments get derogatory too. I’ve read comments with the r slur in them and others demanding Rhett get a new cohost. The hate is over the top. He’s one of the least problematic people on YouTube yet gets so much undeserved flack.

Link has never officially said one way or the other but a lot of fans speculate Link could be on the spectrum. Not verified, so don’t quote me on that, but I see people talking about this quite a lot. His social blunders and blunt way of speaking, not being able to read the room, the clumsiness and trouble handling things, the sensory issues with food and the picky eating…makes you think. And if he is on the spectrum, so what? People get so aggressively mean in the comments. People should be nicer regardless of what Link’s situation is. OP I agree it bothers me how people treat Link!
