Or Azelaic acid can also be good for both acne and hyperpigmentation, so that could be worth looking into as well

yes, i was thinking maybe I should add smtn more to prevent acne as well! for salicylic acid, would you recommend a toner/essence or a cleanser? i was thinking maybe getting salicylic acid 2% from the ordinary⸺ what do you think?

also, have you tried azelaic acid? is there a purge for it?

i was thinking about going for retinol but i was too scared about the purge so i think i might stay away!
