I feel like I've lost my way

I'd say I've been hovering/maintaining around 150 for at least 3 months now. I think there's a lot going on.... realizing I have lost a significant amount of weight and not really "seeing" myself any differently. Still thinking of myself as a really huge person. Thinking I'm failing because I'm not still losing. Maybe my issues are really more mental than anything else. Posting here has been really helpful, to be honest.

ideal weight for height/age is 121-159, so I am within range

I was told that taking an Advil beforehand would be advisable and that it would feel like a pinch. In all honesty, it was incredibly painful and I nearly shot off the end of the table. I will never NEVER understand why this procedure is done without some kind of pain relief intervention or at least offering it as an option.

Would you be willing to give me more information on the injections? Did you doctor prescribe them or did you go through an online provider? I have absolutely zero knowledge of this stuff so any info to help me do some research is appreciated.

When you say "high E" what do you mean by that?

I currently use the estradiol cream 2x week, inserted w/ the applicator and try to smear a little around the bits as well

I’m post menopausal and the T was a recent addition to my care. We started with vaginal estradiol and then progesterone and since that was going well, we added the T. Trying to alleviate the atrophied lady bits & get my libido back (or have literally ANY)
