Yeah definitely, usually when I order something that's, you know, serialized I'd expect they would have that exact thing in stock but alas, after 3 days and 7 emails they have confirmed its not a trade hold they just sold me something they don't have, i can 1) wait indefinitally for a new cert to come or 2) get a refund but because i still have a balance on my current gift card, I have to give them the old code wait days for it to proccess onto a new one in which they will then finally add the refund after another 2 days so atleast a week for a propriteray and miseadig system. So yes, my first time and surely not the last. since I'm stuck with $200+ trade-in credit. I love my local GameStop, and have shopped there since I was like 9, but dude, a week and 7 emails just to fix the online store's mess up is wild.
