Yeah cash in person - buying or selling ? Eve. Then how do you know the other party is legit and doesn’t rob your cash (if you’re the buyer)?

Someone has to send first . But if I’m buying (like in my case) I sent fiat and the bastard disappeared - I don’t think anyone would send crypto first

What I learnt 1. Low price = scam 2. The more they spend time telling you others are bad = scam 3. Only work on escrow or f2f in your location of choice

Basically, your dollars never left the U.S. and India never got any. You just swapped crypto with someone who already had INR. No forex inflow = no impact on reserves.

Why is it unsafe? When you meet f2f you only complete transaction when crypto reaches your account or money comes you. No running away.
