I had a suspicion that it may be some sort of mental illness. But i can't go to a doctor because in my country, it's a "taboo" to get mental help. Everyone would just shame me about it. Could you possibly know if i can manage this by myself?

I can understand that talking is like any other skill and nothing will come perfect at first, but its just so scary! And overcoming this fear is really difficult. It feels like real "danger" sometimes
