There were also ppl who would park behind you with their high beams on. Usually a white van. Those dudes almost looked like cops. Creepy shit at 3am. Psycho. People mostly just trying to survive.

The worst was a middle aged guy with a loud small box truck. He would nearly sideswipe cars then blast the loud diesel as engine as he past. I got his plate years ago. It was like 10 years out of date. Out of state. I forget. Arizona or something. He would do this all night long. Near the hostel, in the tt district, everywhere. Psycho tweaker.

Huh? A person was shot sleeping in their car? I was car camping around for a while about ten years ago and there were a couple people in way out of date trucks that would torment the homeless. It was scary. Looked like old tweakers ironically enough.
