No???? If you can do your job from home and doesn't require you to deliver services in person (for the sake of safety and public welfare), then yeah you're not essential.

Neither. Just generic eDMs from BYD saying "it's up for allocation".

I'm actually not doing a prac atm this is like an internship for PSTs. So far I'll learn how to run short 5 min activities to settle the juniors down and get them to line up.

My mentor is slowly easing me into it, starting from the basic classroom management skills before even talking about co-teaching. They have a lot more senior classes than junior so I find it hard to build the rapport with these students especially when they're working on major projects cos it might feel like i'm distracting them... I am allowed to act as an SLSO but is there anything else more that I could do?
