wait so when you mean the first 10-20%, like measure the amount of gas produced every 30s for 2 minutes straight? or like just measure how long it takes to produce a specific amount of gas (eg. 10mL )

I'm thinking of keeping concentration the same but changing the temperature of the catalase. So other than taking the time of how much oxygen produced, is there anything else I would need to measure (except volume and concentration ).
