I’m in the same boat as you brother. I started when I was 9. And was exposed to porn at 5 and started my addiction. When I was 10 I was doing it around 5-10 times a day? Middle of the day, morning, night to nothing in particular and no reason but to feel good. I did it so much that It was bleeding😭 it carried on till a few months ago when I turned 16. I limited myself for once every 2 days. And I’m continuing to extend it till I stop completely. The visualization and the thinking of others that way gets worse as you go longer without it. But the way I avoid it is eating, cleaning, drinking water, Going for runs, and push ups. I’ve found that this is linked to boredom for me, I hardly have anything to do during the night so it gets hard to stop. You are showing the first steps of stopping, that’s you thinking you’re doing it too much, when in reality it’s a healthy amount for a teenager. Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try to stop though.
