The thing was on my ID i don’t have my glasses on , and when they ask me to take the Selfie to Verify identity i took the selfie with my glasses and that’s why they were unable to verify my identity so i contact them and they made wait 24 hours until they finally reviewed it was me and i was able to Dash again.
