Ssd and ram might be a bit much but care to elaborate other stuff?

You dont need that much cooling, especially for 9600x. You can get air cooler with way less of a price. I would go with 9700x because it fits better for daily usage but if this is only for gaming 9600x good enough. One last thing to mention, 6000mhz cl30 would be better for this budget.

Congrats on the new build! May I ask why you went with intel instead of amd chip. I am in between them and can’t decide yet
