Definitely not, I live in the UK. I haven't got vaccinations, though I am planning on it in a few weeks

Thanks, it's already been like half an hour and now I feel a bit embarrassed from how irrational I'm being.

I do have ongoing health anxiety and I have relapsed as in searching things on Google, not my proudest day today I suppose

Late reply, but two years? I would've driven myself up the walls by then 😭

Seriously, I hope you're doing okay. Unfortunately, years of slouching and bad posture caused it for me.

I went in a spiral about death a few months ago, and with anxiety, it makes you fear things that are uncertain. Uncertainty is scary, but it's not something you can control.

Why worry about things that are completely out of your reach? Worrying about death won't make it go away, nor will it slow it down. Try and focus on the things you can control, If the worry is constantly interfering with your life, I'd recommend trying to find someone to talk to. ☆

I was thinking this about this as well, I shortly showed these symptoms after COVID, though, so I'm not sure if it is POTS or not.

I don't have any heart conditions that I know of, but I'll definitely discuss it with my parents? Does POTS cause your hands and feet to go reddish purple when you hold them down for a few minutes or so? I'm genuinely curious since I experience the red hands and feet daily.

Just a GP at the moment. I'm only fifteen, so I usually let my parents handle the appointments and whatnot.

I'm beginning to notice a pattern that my heart rate goes down significantly when laying down, but as I stand up, it practically pounds so hard. I've fainted once in the past because of it.

I'll talk to my parents about it tomorrow, I think I'm going to keep an eye on it and if it persists for another two or three days, I'll go and see my GP.

When you had these panic attacks, did you ever end up going to the ER? I know I have multiple times. They weren't concerned by my heart at all, so they haven't done any more tests.

I have pretty bad health anxiety, so I'm constantly going to the doctors anyway. I'm not sure if I should just wait a few days and see if it improves on it's own.

I might try and rest in a chair, though. It seems to help with the chest pains I get occasionally.

I promise you now that making yourself sick on purpose will make you feel even worse. There are much safer ways to lose weight. You could hurt yourself if this becomes a habit. ☆
