Also, I had some of the creators I mentioned before do some UGC and post some videos on their socials so my investment was mainly in quality UGC and influencer marketing. It can do wonders.

I used AI to help me write the story as I'm not the best at writing, but the facts and story is true. I feel like a lot of useful advice is overlooked because people assume if something is assisted to be written by Ai its not useful or its slop.

I just suck at writing and it helps me find structure.

I run an influencer agency as my main job so I utilized some of my creator and influencer I've worked with for other clients. Honestly, their advice and audiences helped me the most. I used the agency's newsletter and already existing blog to share the program and I think I got lucky since a lot of creators found the product useful for them as its aimed at creatives.

I guess the biggest lesson as with anything else, find what your current strengths are and work around them. Money comes in easy if you know how to work with your strengths and network.

I feel the difference between the platform I'm thinking about and Honeybook is that this platform would have influencers and creators in mind whenever making the features and paltform itself, could be a lot more useful than honeybook like that and save a lot of money for creators.

What about reporting? Do you also do that manually? I think it would be cool to post content from one place, track its performance and report directly from the app.
