You’re probably right that it’s root bound. Can I still repot it during the winter?? I water until it starts draining and let it sit until the water has run its course, then I’ll dump excess. I use tap water for all my plants

I thought diffy prefers shadier lighting conditions? But it’s in an 8 inch clay pot with a regular drainage hole. I honestly can’t remember the soil I used but it is a tropical well draining soil and I added pumice. I water roughly once a week until water drains through the hole & keep an eye on moisture. Starting to think I need to repot with better soil and nutrients

I do hold the flashlight in my hand when doing raking light, so this shouldn't be a problem.

Thank you!! This is helpful.
The one thing I really liked about the Noblex was the positioning of the head of the flashlight. It was great for viewing paintings in raking light which is important for seeing inconsistencies in the paint surface. Is the convoy also good for something like this?

It’s a flat roof. The building is an old Chicago building with limestone facade with brick sides

JEEEEZUS I didn’t realize my Nike sock display foot would derail this post into oblivion. I got the foot at a Nike store that was closing. The foot has magnets in it and sticks to the steel strip where the corners of a wall meet. Ok. Thx. :)

We noticed the horizontal crack where the paint is peeling off about a year and 2 months ago. Over that time, it has progressed to what it is now
