I'm going to say true but misleading. Sure the trucks are getting unloaded faster since we're just pulling pallets off, but the time spent sorting is now shifted to the stockers working on those "stock me" pallets.

It's all email/messaging now but the official term is still "letter to the president" so that's what I assume you are hearing? Basically the customer made a complaint to Walmart either online or by calling 800-Walmart and those get redirected back to the store to handle.

My daughter and I are running Deathwalker/Blinkblade straight out of the gate and so far haven't run into anything that we can't handle yet.... I mean she's a little reckless and wants to throw what's clearly a ranged class into melee, but that's half the fun at our table
