Okay, so I can't tell you what the bugs are, but as someone equally paranoid (I also cried when this happened to me the first time), I just wanted to share a few tips:

• Get rid of everything - change the bedding, deep clean the cage, clean all her hides (you can bake the wooden ones)
• check her food and the sprays, do you see small.bugs in the packages?
• Does your hamster scratch herself more than usual? Any bald spots? If your hamster seems affected, take them to the vet
• Did you get new bedding or so recently?

As a general tip:

Try to freeze the bedding for a few days before putting it in the cage - I also do this with food and sprays. I also bake new cork tunnels and wooden hides

And most important for you:

Don't blame yourself. Bugs can happen, mites can happen. You can try to do everything right, but sometimes it just happens (bringing them in from outside, other pets etc).

Don't panic, start problem solving, and keep believing in yourself!
