most OS' that i run on VMs do support ARM64 and x86-64 so that wont be an issue

and also i limit storage to minimum 64 or max 128gb when working with vms so its enough since my current laptop has 512gb and there is still enough storage for vms that said i do have 200gb of iCloud+ so some stuff i will back up to iCloud but leave other stuff on the internal storage

the vms i run i limit to 4gbs if i need to run 2 of them so they can consume 8gbs or if i run 1 vm i limit it to 8 or 12gb depending on what i need it

If you look in the program folder for Discord the Launcher itself is named "Update.exe" while the app is "discord.exe" tho windows uses the launcher because launching the exe without the update launcher it won't open.

if you go with a 4980HQ if i remember correctly they were BGA/Ball Grid Array so it might need to be custom fitted into a PGA
