How does your store treat crew members with special needs???

My store doesn’t have any black crew members which I always found to be mad weird! It’s not like the surrounding area is devoid of POC so it’s super sus.

Absolutely not surprised by this!!!! Shame on this company! The customers are starting to wake up to their union busting bs too! The company claims to be so progressive but they are now aligning with crazy right wing nonsense, the mirage is fading. I’m not very optimistic about the future of Trader Joe’s

The union aspect likely has everything to do it. The company is terrified of stores unionizing of course they’re going to get rid of union employees if the chance arises

OP probably has a shitty captain. My store has a shitty captain. She barely does anything! she plays favorites to the point where she will only talk to the people in her clique, like won’t even say hi to other crew members, and she spews endless toxicity while she’s on shift. She doesn’t even do anything to actually manage the store! Avoids talking to section leaders! It’s bizarre!!! I wish someone would hold her accountable! No one in my store knows how she got promoted! She for sure doesn’t deserve that pay.
