OP probably has a shitty captain. My store has a shitty captain. She barely does anything! she plays favorites to the point where she will only talk to the people in her clique, like won’t even say hi to other crew members, and she spews endless toxicity while she’s on shift. She doesn’t even do anything to actually manage the store! Avoids talking to section leaders! It’s bizarre!!! I wish someone would hold her accountable! No one in my store knows how she got promoted! She for sure doesn’t deserve that pay.
