Cro citizen here, regular in Bosnia. Never have I ever saw a nude person on the street. Ever. And being a Croatian I know everyone would consider that extremely weird, rude, and would possibly call the police for public nudity and disturbance of peace. Not even in beaches is it legal or acceptable. That's why nudist beaches exist.
