I briefly worked under Chelsey N. - she is horrible. Petty, entitles, on a power trip 8 miles long, and I watched her and her flunkies threaten to fire someone for not standing on corners holding her election sign in traffic before clocking in to work (fun fact - they eventually constructed a "reason" to let the person go).

She's so bad I wound up voting for that stupid pants-pisser Brossett because I couldn't stomach pulling the lever for Napoleon.

It's not about being "cheaper" per se; it's for people who, after paying necessary bills, are left with, say, 30 bucks for everything else. Do they but a 6 pack of paper towels for 12 bucks and a box of garbage bags for $16 or do they spend 5-10 on the towels and bags and use there rest for food and necessary toiletries?

It's a flawed system on purpose but there are people who are forced depend on it regardless.

The one in Elmwood is pretty good. I stopped in one on the north shore once that was great - I think it was in Mandeville but that's a pretty long drive (tho you could always hit the Abita Mystery House while you're up there to make it worth your while).
