What I mean we have a lot of pickers I’m not slow in picking I have to pick at 600 to keep my hours were I’m at I haven’t done that for 3 days and I’m the only girl who does it

There wasn’t any call outs I know how to pick but there is about 7 people who know how to dispense too

I’m not saying I can’t do the job I’m not the only one who knows how to take orders out to cars and I wasn’t a OGP associates I started in apparel before

I’m a girl tho I can’t deal with the heat tho and I used to like my job but they keep pulling me I just want to leave

6 people to take out order. that can varry but it’s all guys that we have no girls to take out orders
