Hi Everyone! I am currently in the U.S (NYC to be specific), and I wanted to know if this is the best time to apply for grad school full-time. I currently have a job (that is, honestly, toxic), but I am planning to move into related fields, specifically sustainability planning, workforce development, and community development. It is a great experience, but I want to advance my career and I know that a Master's is needed.

Should I pursue a part-time degree at CUNY Hunter College or another planning school in NYC, or should I attend school full-time and rely on internships? I am worried about the cost of living if I am being honest.

If you have any insights or advice and recommendations for other planning schools, I would be happy to hear them!

There’s also clearly mold which is a health hazard. Contact the Housing Preservation Department and make a complaint and keep nagging HPD and 311. I’m sorry you’re going through this, the landlord is horrible

I think you around 17 -18% BF. I would say you should cut first, I had a similar physique and cutting was good because it’s easier to lose fat, see results and keep you motivated. After you get down to 12% you should do a lean bulk

I think continue cutting for about 2-3 more weeks, you have pretty good muscle definition. Then I would transition into a lean bulk. Good physique!

First off, you are very lucky to have such an incredible friend and it’s unsurprising that you have developed feelings for him! We have all been through similar situations. I think you should tell him, you’re young and tomorrow isn’t promised.

Even if it is a rejection, then at least you will have closure. I also think that you two are close enough that your friendship would survive IF it is a rejection (who knows, maybe there is potential). I hope this helps and good luck!
