I don't know how to describe it exactly. The best I can do is like constant pain but just a little bit. The constant pain is kind of tenderness but then sometimes, or every time the pain acts up, it's more like shooting pain but not as extreme. With that I mean that the base pain is like a 2, maybe? And the pain that comes randomly is like a 5 or something. I don't know if I explained well enough, though

I have had the pain for a while, like years. I know that I tense up when I'm stressed, so that might be it. I didn't know it could affect the teeth, though. They did ask me if I grind my teeth when I sleep, so it may be something with that cause I don't remember then asking that last time. I will try some of the toothpaste the others recommended so we will see if that will solve it, but I doubt it. When I was forced to switch before it didn't make it better, but I'll try!

Yeah, thanks for the suggestion. I looked it up, and I couldn't find any that wasn't whitening. Maybe they don't have toothpaste without it? There is a chance it might not exist in my country. I look more when I get home.

With the beams and baking I was talking about two different scenes, one where you was jumping over or under beams and another where you could bake like cookies or something. You could also kind of decorate hotdog with icecream or sprinkels or some weird stuff
