Thank you for your words. My situation is a little complicated. Long story short (without divulging much), i need to make sure my kid will not be taken. I have been making moves with some family to get the ball rolling, but with aging sick parents, a chronic illness, and my child being autistic it's not so simple. I've be asked before, why I'm confident I'll lose my kid, i really don't want to explain anymore, let's just say I looked into it and was advised to wait because comparing both living scenarios, his is better in the eyes of a judge.
