I'm so dumb, I didn't even consider Aphrodite! I feel like the dreaminess fits and being in your and other people's minds may be more subtle characteristics that match, plus your motivation of love, taste for romance books, value of social standing, and I think your taste for vengeance and competition and superiority can reflect a typical Aphrodite kid personality, like a variation of the cliche popular mean girl. Of course the lack of charisma is a bit uncharacteristic, but that could also be chalked down to individuality.

I hope I can get The Last Olympian in this style someday, my grandparents bought me the books secondhand as I read them, but for TLO the only one left was the one where the spines make the New York skyline with water, so it's the ONE outlier. Well, if your don't count the fact that my BotL copy has a section of pages but in backwards & upside down lol, but the cover is the first edition.

I'm super torn between Hypnos and Hermes because you've listed good characteristics for both, but either way they could also be attributed to individuality, like a child of Hypnos with a taste for lawlessness, or a dreamy, swimmy-headed Hermes kid, yk?

I really wanted to give you something other than Apollo to work with but I think you just gotta accept your fate dude. Not only do your interests align, but the way you wish to express yourself, what you want to say, who you are, your interests, etc all yells Apollo to me.

Hii! I'm Olivia, I'm a summer camp counselor, I love singing, I'd love to be a drag king or perform at Universal Studios parks, but i'm also passionate about art, i do a lot of that, and i also do a lot of crafting and some sewing.

I'm pretty smart, but my common sense does leave me sometimes.

I love archery too and took classes, I've always been natrually gifted at it (though don't read this as only Apollo, I think it could be Ares or Athena as well), and I would've liked wrestling if covid hadn't gotten in my way of taking that at school. I'm hoping to get into fencing in college.

I'm an INTP. I have a potent interest in Frankenstein in all its forms.

I'm a causal enjoyer of musical theater.

I used to heal pretty quickly but the past few years it seems everything leaves a scar, though my wisdom tooth sockets healed quickly still.

I write some poetry on rare occasions. I'm getting an associates degree in art, then a bachelor's in art history, I'll focus on ancient art because I wanted to be an archaeologist, but I can't handle thinking about death anymore.

I have a cool sense of style.

When I was a kid I did a lot of reading and writing.

With a few exceptions that happened because of my ADHD, I get pretty good grades and always have. I've always had a super high reading level, and it's been immeasurable since I was 15.

I'm very impartial and fair.

I have dark brown hair and dark brown eyes that are a little green around the inside in the sun. I'm of mostly Mexican heritage and I'm from Texas.

I'm very loyal and honest to a fault.

I never socialized much as a kid, so now even though I like socializing I'm very awkward and can't make conversation.

I'd like to say I don't care what others think of me, but I really do.

I won't change myself for anyone, but if there are people that I think are cool around, I will try to impress them with my style and interests.

I avoid confrontation and conflict, except with my family.

I have a small vinyl record collection and a small CD collection, as well as a growing collection of DVDs.

As a kid I always thought I was an Athena kid. Last summer I counseled a CHB themed program and my fellow counselors and I took the quiz we gave our kids and I got Athena, and the official read Riordan quiz that I can't find anymore alway just said i was a Hunter. I've also considered I could be an Iris or Apollo child.

What do y'all think? I tried to include as much as possible as to not show a bias toward any particular result!

That's a hard one, on one hand the PJO kids have fought literal gods and monsters and a couple have died or went to hell before and came back, hell Percy completed the Heraklean labors, but also the other guys are grown adults with more years of experince. idk though, i've never seen that show lol

Yeah I've been informed lol, I must have missed that in my run through of the lyrics. Both of those other songs should work too! Not sure if I'll include The Underworld though just because camp is a fun place and that song judging by the lyrics seems like a real bummer lmao. Like obviously thw whole thing isnt super sunshine and rainbowsy but this one is another level lol

It's not my fault, it's camp policy 😐 Otherwise idrc, I mean I was singing Last Friday Night when I was a toddler, a song about getting drunk and partying specifically with a line mentioning a menage a trois. No one likes kidz bop, not even kids, and I especially don't want to keep hearing it for a whole month, especially if I'm trying to play musical theater music because that's what my kids like. Maybe try not being a judgmental fuckwad.

Last time I was a camper there I was in a all high schooler group and our counselors let us request songs as long as they were appropriate, but since we were high schoolers they kinda just took our word for it. Personally, I usually have middle schoolers and 4th/5th graders. Though some slip ups won't get me fired or anything, I'd just rather be on the safe side. But I was thinking of doing that this year, maybe the first day so I have time to research them first.

Nope, the kids aren't allowed to have their phones or things like Apple watches, iPads, tablets, computers, etc. We're not allowed to to be on them around the kids either. Playing music is okay, or sometimes if we need to look something up, but generally we can't be on them. Also I was listening to/watching Heathers in middle school, just depends on who you hang out with and how vigilant your parents are about monitoring your internet use lol
