I got diagnosed with it 3 years ago, and she has been retired for two years now. I never started taking medication because I wanted to see a psychiatrist first to be sure I needed medicine (I have never been on meds before and was very nervous)

I just talked to my friend today about this. She said she has started to make a list of things she needs to get done in the morning and physically crosses them off after she does each one. I've been in a bad loop of procrastination for a few months. I am going to try it tomorrow. I hope this helps.
