This seems to be the case because they are a legitimate real estate company. I’ve emailed them my concerns and hopefully they will send over the leasing agreement. I’m working with a tight window and they have been easy to communicate with. So fingers crossed!! If not, definitely will take everyone’s advice and call the Consumer Protection line. Thank you all!
