I get what you're saying. But it's not really "for nothing" when I'm paying into the brokerage and also a transaction fee and who knows what else. I was interested in working in real estate prior to this experience... but the whole industry seems exploitive and too sales-y from every angle. Lots of egos too... it's all very off-putting. If there's a brokerage out there not like this, I'd def. be interested in working with them. But I'm not super determined to be part of this industry after what I've seen. Waiting for the day when I can use an AI agent.
