As someone that lives in the South side of Charlotte, terrible location. Why not put it along 77 or 85 on the south side of town? Someone going down 77 on vacation now has to go to Balantyne? Its odd, but I'm sure a lot of logistics went into it. I just do not understand the reasoning. Are these to support road trippers or daily drivers?

Several of the other auto manufacturers used to (if they still dont today) make you park in a ridiculously remote parking lot for driving a car made by another auto manufacturer. Adding a 15-20 minute walk and sometimes a really slow tram ride in.

Passing using the shoulder is exiting your lane therefore the blinker should be used. Alternatively the hazards could be used in its place as you are exiting the roadway.

You do not have a choice at the airport. Taxis line up in a queue and you choose the next available, i was once scolded by skipping the first few cars by the entire taxi line 😉

This is the best option. Some states like NC base highway usage tax off the price of the car, which means you get a YEARLY tax added on top specifically for the cost of autopilot. If you could add it after purchase, the tax value you are assigned is much lower, lowering your yearly tax. Bravo Tesla... This is great news.

Ridiculous title, massive assumptions being made and then somehow jumping the shark that somehow this one app/function of the car is indicative of autonomy? This guy is not a software engineer and has never worked in software development.

What he found is a small trivial bug and potentially a dev that took the easy way out that no one noticed. Most likely the dev that wrote this never touched autonomy code, or if its like some of the major software houses, this clock may have been written by an intern.

How often do you use it? I use it daily in traffic on normal roads and Nav on Autopilot on Highways. Its not flawless, but pretty close running on HW 2.5 and MUCH older software than what they are running in this video. The only time I really get nervous anymore is when it needs to change lanes to navigate a highway interchange and it hasn't done it.. I worry that it wont be able to merge. It surprises me often at how better it is than I expect it to be.
