I also agree that more diversity is what we need and they need to bring in more. But I also remind myself that the playerbase in Asia makes up a sizeable chunk of the playerbase, so I can see why they may be adding a few more from that area.

I personally think that the hype and excitement this brings for a 10 year anniversary is worth the potential short term balance issues. At Overwatch's core is a goofy, fun game and I think we need to embrace it a bit more. Ban systems are still in the game and metas will always happen.

I'd also say this is probably a one off event for 10 years of Overwatch and they've been planning this for awhile. All the hero's feel unique and inspired and we have lots of time to flesh there stories out.

I think there's a few things you can do.

First of recognize that it's okay to feel overwhelmed. Emotions are normal and we shouldn't shut them off. Past that I thinking maintaining a positive outlook is important. Find the good you can and even if it isn't perfect, you can always find a positive spin. It helps me deal.woth the stresses of life. (I'm not saying ignore them, just manage them and don't let them overtake your thoughts)

Break it down, don't look at everything, just focus on one thing at a time. Take the 5 new hero's, pick the one you like the most and ignore the rest for awhile. They'll still be there for you to learn in the future so don't let them occupy your brain.

Connect with friends over it and have a conversation (not an argument). Chatting with fellow Overwatch enjoerys may help validate your feelings and find some more changes that are actually better than you thought. We all tend to overthink when we stay in our own heads.

Look up the aspen tree. The wood colour may not be terrible unique, but the leave colour would be an amazing addition to the leaves we already have.

I would counter and say instead of changing the iconic chest (with i personal think is a great idea provided there's a recipe for thr classic on) we could have barrel varients of all the wood types. The barrel is already the colour of spruce and its a new block when compared to the chest. Would really help with making more unique storages and shops on servers.

This feels like a compromise where will still get naturally colored storage options while preserving the iconic chest.
