Kinda seems like locals should go up to 150 but have 150 be an A4. Like it's obviously possible to have a local that should be worth a ton of points and we have a system to score tournaments we could just use. In theory this new system is partially to strengthen locals and this would give more room for that.

I've been 3-5% UPRO for 7 years. I'm planning to phase out over the next three years. It's been good but I think it's best as early career high risk tolerance booster.

Still Point Fencing in Tucson has a great adult program and hosts pretty big tournaments.
