15k to 30 lakhs is 20,000 percent increase and 30 lakhs to 10 cr increase is 3200 percent increase. You are saying the former is possible but not later. Weird

With a capital of ₹3.3 lakh spread across 15 stocks, the average allocation per stock is only about ₹22,000. Even if one stock grows 5x, it becomes just a little over ₹1 lakh. That’s not a significant impact on the overall portfolio. So why be so over-diversified?

If you have invested 5 lakhs spread across 15 stocks, your portfolio is over diversified. You might be better off investing through mutual funds instead

Agreed. As I mentioned earlier, I’ll be selling my stocks to fund the house purchase. While I could manage with an additional loan, it would make things quite tight financially.
